Biography (Lionel Messi)
Lionel Messi, born in Rosario , Argentina on 1987. Messi is a world class footballer who is known as one of the best not only now but who has ever lived. Messi is the La Liga top scorer in the History of football, he has broken countless amounts of records and he is only 27 years of age.

Messi grew up playing football and joined to play for the local team, Newell's Old boys in Rosario. At the age of 11, Messi was diagnosed with a growth hormone deficiency which meant he would not be able to grow like a regular person. Although Messi had a growth hormone deficiency he was still a prodigy when it came to football. Messi and his parents moved to Spain because a professional club called FC Barcelona offered to pay for Messi's medical bills if the football prodigy agreed to train with Barca. Messi started playing in official matches for Barcelona and in a few years he became a star and the whole world knew his name for his brilliant football skills.

Messi has broken countless amounts of records like most goals in one season ever, La Liga most goals and assists ever, All- time top scorer for both Champions League and El Clasico, and more. Messi has also won 4 ballon d'ors (Golden Ball Award) consecutively and broke the record for most Ballon D'ors ever won. Messi is still so young and will probably break over 30 records before he retires.

Lionel Messi is a magician on the pitch, some people say he is an alien because his football is out of this world. He has completely out shined great football legends. Lionel Messi, extraordinary player and amazing person.

1995: Messi joined to play for the local team, Newell's Old boys in Rosario.

2000: Messi signs with legendary team FC Barcelona and works his way up through Barca's youth squads.

2003: Messi made his unofficial debut for FC Barcelona in a friendly match against FC Porto.

2004: Messi made his official debut against RCD Espanyol 

2005: At the age of 18, Messi scored his first official goal and was the youngest player to score for FC Barcelona.

2007: Messi establishes 'Leo Messi Foundation', working to improve access education and health care for children.

2008: Messi gets married to childhood friend and girlfriend, Antonella Roccuzzo.

2009: Messi wins FIFA World player of the year.

2010: Messi wins his first Ballon D'or ( Golden Ball award ).

2011: Messi wins his second Ballon D'or ( Golden Ball award).

2012: Messi wins his third Ballon D'or ( Golden Ball award ).

2012: Messi has a baby boy, Thiago Messi and becomes a father.

2011-2012: Messi sets the all-time record for the most goals scored in a single season for a major European football league, with 73 goals.

2013: Messi wins his fourth consecutive record- breaking Ballon D'or ( Golden Ball award ).

2014: Messi scores a hat-trick ( three goals during a single game ), to become FC Barcelona's all-time leading scorer with 371 goals for Barca, beating the record set by Paulino Alcantara, who scored 369 goals.

2014: Messi wins the Golden Ball award for the best player in the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

2014: Messi becomes the leading goalscorer in the European Champions League with 74 goals in 91 appearances.

Many more great things are to come from Messi since he is still so young at the age of 27 and already has broken countless records.

Hi there! I am a big fan of yours and i think you're a brilliant footballer. I remember seeing you on TV when i was a little kid, and seeing you absolutely destroy Getafe. You started from your own half, dropped six players with amazing skills then you beat the keeper and scored. That was probably one of the best goals i have ever seen. You produce stunning goals, you humiliate great defenders and players in general with outstandingly brilliant dribbling. I admire your success and how you have broken countless records.You have also won the Ballon d'Or not once , not twice nor thrice but four times and it was consecutive as well. Just breathtaking. You are considered as one of the best footballer by millions of people and many great and legendary players. You are so loyal to Barca and to your fans, it's amazing. You are currently the best and will be for many years but i have a feeling Neymar Jr will be known as the best after you retire. You are an idol to millions of people including me, just keep on doing what you do and that is be the best.
